The new CFD-G50 boombox has a CD player, AM/FM digital tuner, and cassette recorder in a rugged urban-tech design. It's equipped with a P.D.W. or power drive woofer enhanced by Sony's Mega Bass® sound system delivering great sound reproduction. This sub-woofer is driven by a separate amplifier, so that the boombox output totals 20 watts. The full-featured CFD-G50 boombox provides crystal clear sound and gives the option of playback modes to repeat one track, all tracks, shuffle them or pre-program up to 20 tracks to play in any order. If you like Dodge Trucks, real beer, and other cool things, you'll like this bad boy. Yeah, it is big, but it also sounds REALLY GOOD. There are a bunch of sound settings, including WOOFER, for minimal, moderate, or mega bass. The unit has both cassette and cd inputs. It also has a remote, which.

First things first: I bought this unit to replace my old CFD-G500 (basically same unit) so obviously I do think the device has merit.

I have been looking for a higher quality boombox for some time. I decided to buy the Sony CFD-G505. It replaces the CFD-G500. I am not too happy with the unit. I will give its pros and cons. Just like the G500, the G505 sounds very shrilly. I attribute some of this to Sony's.

The Sony ZS-H10CP Radio/CD Boombox is built to take a pounding in any weather and almost anywhere. It is weather resistant and "Not Waterproof." It is built well to take a little more punishment than most boomboxes, but it is not indestructible. It weighs in at over 7 pounds and it 20 1/8.

I bought this mainly for the audio line-in feature. I have 2-Zune's and there are only two Zune speaker cradles available. Both of them are very expensive ($200.00 & $500.00) and are for indoor use only. I needed a player for indoors/outdoors and traveling.

I just love this Boombox because of its retro design. It is quite big and not light-weight, which can be a downside if you want to take it around without a car. When you use it inside, it can be loud. When you use it oustside, you might wish it would go even louder, but it is enough for me and the.

My wife was looking for a small but good boombox which would play both CDs and cassettes. She has no interest in reading manuals or learning about dozens of buttons, so ease of use was also very important. This boombox fits the bill perfectly, while still offering good features like random play,

I've had this boombox for maybe a year. I rarely use the radio, got it for playing audio books on CD or cassette. Still use it for cassettes, but the CD starts stuttering unpredictably after playing a while, playing CDs that work fine on another player. Don't know whether it's age or the.

We are avid audiobook listeners, and wanted a portable unit that would play both cassettes and CD's, because a lot of library audiobooks are still on cassette. It also had to be as compact as possible, because the areas we use it in don't have a lot of shelf space. This guy is beautifully compact,

It was a fine Saturday afternoon when I had finally picked out an expensive speaker system to hook to my computer so that Sirius Online would sound better. Before purchasing we noticed a Sirius Boombox for only $50 (ranges from $50 - $100 online). I spend a lot more time at home than in the car.

I am not into Sirius radio. However, when I was in Radio Shack the other day, I heard this Sirius Boombox playing. I must say, it is one of the nicest sounding boomboxes I've heard in recent times. The tone is smooth and mellow. Unlike most boomboxes, it does not sound harsh.

I wanted this boombox for my Sirius Radio which is a dream come true for me as my work has me driving all 48 states. I noticed the Aux Input and wondered how my Ovation guitar would sound running through my old Digitech RP-1 and I was amazed at the full rich balanced sound that this boombox.

Bosch PB10 Radio/CD Boombox

Bosch PB10 Radio/CD Boombox

Bosch claims its weatherproof Power Box radio is durable enough for a construction site, so we threw it across Bosch's Booth at a recent tradeshow. Not only did it survive, the CD didn't even skip. This isn't the first job-site radio but its the first to really impress us. Why? A steel-and-rubber frame protects the ruggedized shell, which houses four ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) protected outlets for power tools. The outlets cut power if water leaks in, so you won't get fried. There's also a slot in the back to charge the batteries for your cordless power tools; when you find yourself away from an outlet the radio can run off those same batteries. The radio also includes a mini-plug input for your MP3 player and a 12V DC outlet to recharge your cell phone. Quick word to the wise: if you plan to replicate our drop and roll test, we suggest unplugging all those accessories first!

When on job sites one of the guys brings out the company radio. It's the Bosch PB10-CD Radio/CD Boom-box and it's a lot more than just the radio we usually use it for. It's a multi use Boom Box that is great for both work and play.

So far so good. I just purchased a refurbished Bosch through a company that ordered through Amazon. I really like the features and I find much better than the Dewalt model. I looked at Dewalt's similar product, but found it to be a glorified AM/FM radio.

On my jobsite, the radio is the first tool to be plugged in in the morning, and the last to be packed up at the end of the day. It gets more use than anything else on site. The Bosch radio stands up to more abuse than any other radio on the market.
